Dramatherapy and Psychodrama. Healing stories.
MED Theatre invites you to explore two powerful therapeutic modalities—Dramatherapy and Psychodrama—through a series of interactive, group-based workshops. These sessions use creative action methods to support emotional wellbeing, personal growth, and professional development.
Led by Martin Gill, a Health Professions Council and UKCP-registered practitioner, in collaboration with the Med Theatre team.
Where and when?
• Introductory series of 3 sessions followed by optional closed monthly group
• Last Thursdays of each month, 7–9pm From January 2026
• MED Theatre workshop, Moretonhampstead
About the Modalities
Dramatherapy
Using the Sesame method, integrating movement, myth, and metaphor. Sessions invite participants to engage with storytelling, folk wisdom, and symbolic enactment.
Psychodrama
A dynamic form of experiential therapy where participants enact scenes from their lives. Guided by a therapist (“director”), group members play roles to explore personal narratives and relational dynamics..
The two modalities can support personal growth and develop your creativity and spontaneity.
