NEW! Progressing in a pandemic (free)

Our latest relationships course, ā€˜Progressing in a Pandemic’, is now live and FREE to access in the Paired app. Broken down into eight easy-to-follow sessions, this course will explore some common changes and challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic and how you can navigate them as a couple.

Parenting as partners

We combine our experience in couple and family therapy in a 21-session course designed to help you to explore what kinds of parents you want to be together, and how to manage your role as parents alongside your couple relationship; whatever stage of parenting you might be in ā€“ early, middle or late.
